1. How long does it take to set up an account?
Orders are setup within 24 hours. Usually within 4 - 12 hours.

 

2. Can I host international domains?
Yes, we can host any domain TLD.

 

3. Do you offer Windows or Linux plans?
We only offer Linux web hosting accounts.

 

4. How do I access my control panel?
Once your domain has resolved you can login to your Conrol Panel at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

 

5. How do I FTP into my account?
You can FTP files into your account via the Cpanel Control Panel or with at program such as Cute FTP or CoreFTP. Once you have an FTP program, type in ftp.yourdomain.com as the host address. Supply your username and password in the according fields and log into your account.

 

6. What is the full path to my cgi-bin?
/home/username/public_html/cgi-bins

7. Which folder do I upload my web pages to?
You should place all of your web documents in the /www or /public_html folder.

 

8. Can I have CGI outside of the bin?
Yes, CGI will function in the public_html folder.

 

9. What version of Perl, PHP, and MySQL are installed on the servers?

Perl 5.10.1  |  PHP 5.6.x  |  MariaDB-10.1.x

 

10. How long does it take for my domain to propagate?
Normally you can expect to see your domain propagate within 24 hours after you have made the modifications at your registrar. However, we have seen it take up to 3 days in some cases where registrars and ISPs are a little slower.

 

11. How can I retrieve my emails?
You can get your to your email using a Pop3/SMTP program such as Outlook or log in from anywhere to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

 

12. Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located within Canada and we wouldn't have it any other way.  The servers are located downtown, Montreal, Quebec.
